Neff’s professional home economist, Alison Haigh, entertained and educated a captive audience on Saturday 20 October for our cooking event day.

Alison demonstrated the benefits of cooking in a steam oven: as well as retaining vitamin and mineral content in food, steam cooking preserves flavours ensuring that less salt and oil additives are needed. Steam is perfect for health conscious cooks.
